We are seeking a highly skilled IT Coordinator / Helpdesk to support users, manage IT assets, and act as the key liaison between our internal team and a third-party networking partner. This role ensures our systems run smoothly by managing user accounts, supporting hardware and software, configuring end-user systems and security camera systems, and tracking IT inventory. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who brings organization, communication, and technical expertise to every task.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner. 
  • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across systems, including Active Directory. 
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, copiers, and mobile devices. 
  • Perform minor hardware repairs and software support. 
  • Install and configure new computers and ensure readiness for end users. 
  • Maintain inventory of computers, peripherals, PC parts, and related IT assets. 
  • Order and track IT-related hardware, supplies, and replacements. 
  • Maintain and document network wiring, non-core switches, and other hardware assets. 
  • Inventory, configure, and support building camera systems, including coordination with third-party providers as needed. 
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for the third-party networking company, escalating and coordinating support requests. 
  • Support basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS) for troubleshooting and communication with external IT partners. 
  • Track helpdesk requests and resolutions using IT ticketing systems. 
  • Document support procedures and asset configurations. 
  • Provide training and technical assistance to employees. 
  • Maintain a clean, secure, and organized IT workspace. 
  • Consistently look for opportunities to streamline, standardize, and improve IT 
  • processes and end-user support. 
  • Other duties as assigned by Management. 

Who You Are:  

  • Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate the English language 
  • and follow verbal and written instructions. 
  • Strong understanding of PC hardware repair, software troubleshooting, and basic 
  • networking. 
  • Familiarity with Active Directory user-level tasks. 
  • Experience supporting Windows OS, Office 365, and business software. 
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and general network connectivity. 
  • Experience configuring and maintaining IP-based camera systems is a plus. 
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities. 
  • Clear communicator and dependable team player. 
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive attitude toward efficiency. 
  • Preferred: CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification. 

Note: This role does not involve maintaining servers, core switches, group policy, or security systems. Those responsibilities remain with the third-party IT partner.
