Industrial Painter
We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The Industrial Painter will prepare surfaces, mix paint, and apply coatings to various industrial projects while adhering to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in painting techniques, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining equipment.

What You’ll Do:
- Complete surface preparation for five different painting projects without any reported deficiencies.
- Mix paint for three different jobs according to technical data sheet guidelines.
- Apply paint with a general understanding of gun functions and adjustments to achieve a smooth finish.
- Execute painting tasks while following safety standards for a specified period, with no safety violations reported.
- Inspect painted surfaces for defects and address any issues to meet quality standards.
- Successfully perform basic maintenance tasks on five paint equipment units, ensuring they operate at optimal levels and address any minor issues within two hours.
Who You Are:
- Previous experience as an industrial painter or similar role preferred.
- Pass a tape measure test to ensure accurate measurements
- Pass a paint test to demonstrate proficiency in paint application.
- Proficiency in surface preparation techniques and paint application methods.
- Ability to mix paint accurately according to technical data sheet guidelines.
- Understanding of gun functions and adjustments for achieving desired paint finishes.
- Commitment to following safety standards and protocols at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to identify and address defects in painted surfaces.
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various environmental conditions.
