Maintenance Technician I
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician I to join our maintenance team. The Maintenance Technician I will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to electrical systems, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in electrical systems, mechanical skills, and a strong attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:
- Determine the maximum permissible wattage for circuits equipped with ampere breakers.
- Convey an adept understanding of the salient attributes characterizing Class 1 Division 1 electrical systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using a torque wrench, impact tools, and measurement equipment.
- Familiarize yourself with the portal and job locations within the shop for efficient operations.
- Demonstrate proper usage of hand tools for various maintenance tasks.
- Understand the second-party shipping process and assist as needed.
- Track and update the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Control spills and implement containment measures as necessary.
- Discern mechanical lubrication needs and identify appropriate fluid types for equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area to promote a safe and organized environment.
Who You Are:
- At least 2 years of previous experience in maintenance or related field required.
- Proficient understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
- Ability to use torque wrenches, impact tools, and measurement equipment accurately.
- Familiarity with shop layout and job locations for efficient task completion.
- Proficiency in using hand tools for various maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of shipping processes and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to control spills and implement containment measures effectively.
- Understanding of mechanical lubrication needs and fluid types.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
