Your Impact:
As a Production Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our manufacturing process, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency every step of the way. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Supervising and motivating staff to achieve manufacturing goals including human resource related matters
- Monitoring workflow and implementing improvements
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring operational efficiency
- Overseeing personnel training and development
- Contributing innovative ideas to enhance productivity
- Being a key player in our team's success
Who You Are:
- Strong leadership skills with supervisory experience of at least 3-5 years with at least 25 direct reports.
- Strong understanding of fabrication techniques, welding experience a plus
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic level computer skills
- Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift items exceeding 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to perform tasks that involve kneeling, standing, stooping, and bending
- Comfort with prolonged periods of sitting and standing
