Welder (1st shift & 2nd shift)

(All Levels – Aluminum, Pipe, and Structural Welding)

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Welders to join our team at Unified Defense/Prince Service & Manufacturing. Our ideal candidates will possess expertise across multiple welding disciplines, including MIG, Flux Core, TIG, and Stick welding on various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, low alloy, and aluminum.

Location/Schedule: Byron, GA or Macon, GA / 1st shift or 2nd shift

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality welds on pipes, plates, and structural components according to specifications.
Utilize advanced welding techniques, including MIG, Flux Core, TIG, and Stick welding on various materials.
Read and interpret welding blueprints and detailed drawings to ensure precision in fabrication.
Work with aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, and low alloy materials, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components using cutting-edge technology.
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in welding/fabrication, with expertise in one or more of the following: pipe welding, aluminum welding, and structural welding.
Strong ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and technical specifications.
Proficiency in using various welding equipment to achieve high-quality welds.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
