We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to lead the development and execution of strategic content initiatives that support business growth and sales efforts. This role is responsible for creating high-quality marketing and sales materials, managing company messaging and public relations, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with experience translating technical concepts into clear, compelling content, who can collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, and drive measurable results across digital, event, and sales platforms.

What You’ll Do: 

• Develop and execute high-quality content across multiple channels, including social media, website and digital platforms, sales collateral (brochures, presentations, one-pagers), internal communications, and external messaging such as press releases. 
• Own and support content strategy by helping plan and execute a content roadmap aligned with business goals, sales priorities, and marketing initiatives. 
• Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather insights and translate complex information into clear, compelling content. 
• Collaborate with designers and marketing team members to ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and visual direction. 
• Support sales enablement by creating materials that effectively communicate value to customers and prospects. 
• Contribute to brand awareness efforts, including public relations, company messaging, tradeshow materials, and event marketing initiatives. 
• Help manage content production by coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. 
• Adapt and distribute content across digital and social channels to maximize reach and engagement. 
• Monitor content performance and make data-driven improvements to enhance effectiveness and impact. 
• Ensure consistency across multiple brands while tailoring messaging for different audiences. 

Who You Are: 

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, public relations, or a related role. 
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and professional content. 
• Experience working in B2B, industrial, or manufacturing environments is preferred. 
• Familiarity with Adobe tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for light editing. 
• Ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand messaging. 
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
• Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments. 
• Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner with the ability to work within strict deadlines.
